1. How to request account deletion
To request deletion of your CulturAll account, email [email protected] from the email address linked to your CulturAll account.
Include "Delete my CulturAll account" in the subject line. We may ask you to verify that you control the account before completing the request.
2. Data deleted
When your request is verified, we delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account, including:
- your account profile information, including name, email address, and phone number;
- saved artworks, notes, tags, ratings, and account-linked visit history;
- account-linked usage counters and app preferences where deletion is technically available.
3. Data retained
Some records may be retained for a limited period where needed for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or service integrity purposes. This may include purchase transaction records, security logs, and records needed to prove that a deletion request was completed.
We retain these records only for as long as necessary for those purposes, then delete or anonymize them when they are no longer needed.
4. Partial data deletion
You can also request deletion of specific personal data without deleting your whole account by emailing [email protected]. For example, you can ask us to delete saved artworks, visit history, or profile information where technically possible.
